東(dong)莞螺(luo)絲(si)廠標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)就是(shi)規范，每(mei)個國(guo)家(jia)和(he)(he)部(bu)門(men)(men)都有自己(ji)的(de)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)。目(mu)前(qian)，GB—中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)國(guo)家(jia)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)（國(guo)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)）ANSI—美國(guo)國(guo)家(jia)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)（美標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)）DIN—德(de)國(guo)國(guo)家(jia)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)（德(de)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)）ASME—美國(guo)機械工程師協會標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)JIS—日(ri)本(ben)國(guo)家(jia)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)（日(ri)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)）BSW—英國(guo)國(guo)家(jia)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)GB—國(guo)家(jia)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)是(shi)我(wo)國(guo)眾多(duo)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)一(yi)種，另外還(huan)有行(xing)業標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)，專業標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)和(he)(he)部(bu)門(men)(men)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)等(deng)。國(guo)家(jia)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)又分：GB（強制(zhi)性標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)）和(he)(he)GB/T（推薦(jian)性標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)）以(yi)及GBn（國(guo)家(jia)內(nei)部(bu)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)）等(deng)。我(wo)們(men)平常看到的(de)像GB30，GB5783等(deng)等(deng)都是(shi)強制(zhi)性的(de)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)。

以(yi)上(shang)幾種(zhong)標(biao)(biao)準除了(le)一(yi)(yi)些基本尺(chi)寸(cun)(cun)如頭(tou)部(bu)對邊、頭(tou)部(bu)厚度(du)等(deng)(deng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)不(bu)(bu)同(tong)以(yi)外(wai)，最主要(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)(shi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)部(bu)分(fen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)不(bu)(bu)同(tong)。GB、DIN、JIS等(deng)(deng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)都有是(shi)(shi)(shi)以(yi)MM（毫(hao)米）為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)單(dan)位(wei)，統(tong)稱(cheng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)公(gong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)。另像(xiang)ANSI、ASME等(deng)(deng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)是(shi)(shi)(shi)以(yi)英(ying)寸(cun)(cun)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)單(dan)位(wei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)稱(cheng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)美標(biao)(biao)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)。除了(le)公(gong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)和(he)美制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)外(wai)還有一(yi)(yi)種(zhong)BSW—英(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)標(biao)(biao)準,其螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)也(ye)是(shi)(shi)(shi)以(yi)英(ying)寸(cun)(cun)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)單(dan)位(wei)，俗稱(cheng)惠氏螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)。 公(gong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)是(shi)(shi)(shi)以(yi)MM（毫(hao)米）為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)單(dan)位(wei)，它的(de)(de)(de)(de)牙(ya)尖角為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)60度(du)。美制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)和(he)英(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)都是(shi)(shi)(shi)以(yi)英(ying)寸(cun)(cun)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)單(dan)位(wei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)。美制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)牙(ya)尖角也(ye)是(shi)(shi)(shi)60度(du)，而英(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)牙(ya)尖角為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)55度(du)。由于計量單(dan)位(wei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)不(bu)(bu)同(tong)，導致了(le)各(ge)種(zhong)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)表(biao)(biao)示(shi)(shi)方(fang)法也(ye)不(bu)(bu)盡(jin)相同(tong)。例如像(xiang)M16-2X60表(biao)(biao)示(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)就是(shi)(shi)(shi)公(gong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)。他(ta)的(de)(de)(de)(de)具體(ti)意思是(shi)(shi)(shi)表(biao)(biao)示(shi)(shi)該螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)的(de)(de)(de)(de)公(gong)稱(cheng)直(zhi)徑(jing)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)16MM，牙(ya)距為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)2MM，長度(du)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)60MM，又如：1/4—20X3/4表(biao)(biao)示(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)就是(shi)(shi)(shi)英(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)，他(ta)的(de)(de)(de)(de)具體(ti)意思是(shi)(shi)(shi)該螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)的(de)(de)(de)(de)公(gong)稱(cheng)直(zhi)徑(jing)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)1/4英(ying)寸(cun)(cun)（一(yi)(yi)英(ying)寸(cun)(cun)=25.4MM），在一(yi)(yi)英(ying)寸(cun)(cun)上(shang)有20個牙(ya)，長度(du)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)3/4英(ying)寸(cun)(cun)。另外(wai)要(yao)表(biao)(biao)示(shi)(shi)美制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)的(de)(de)(de)(de)話一(yi)(yi)般會在表(biao)(biao)示(shi)(shi)英(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)的(de)(de)(de)(de)后(hou)面加上(shang)UNC以(yi)及UNF，以(yi)此來區別(bie)是(shi)(shi)(shi)美制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)粗牙(ya)或是(shi)(shi)(shi)美制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)細牙(ya)。在平時的(de)(de)(de)(de)內銷(xiao)業(ye)務中，我(wo)們(men)最常遇到的(de)(de)(de)(de)標(biao)(biao)準是(shi)(shi)(shi)GB（國標(biao)(biao)）和(he)DIN（德標(biao)(biao)）。

東莞螺絲廠(chang)在生產(chan)品方面，主要會接觸到以下幾種標準(zhun)：

GB30；GB5783；GB5782；GB52；GB6170；GB818；GB819；GB845；GB846；GB70；DIN912；DIN933；DIN931等(deng)(deng)。目前GB30（老(lao)(lao)國(guo)(guo)標）在(zai)標準書(shu)中已被GB5783（新(xin)國(guo)(guo)標）所代(dai)替。GB52（老(lao)(lao)國(guo)(guo)標）在(zai)標準書(shu)中已被GB6170（新(xin)國(guo)(guo)標）所代(dai)替。 在(zai)1986年，國(guo)(guo)家對標準件制定了新(xin)標準，一(yi)般俗稱為(wei)(wei)(wei)新(xin)標，使(shi)用(yong)最多的主要有(you)GB5780、GB5781、GB5782、GB5783、GB5784。GB5780為(wei)(wei)(wei)六(liu)(liu)(liu)角(jiao)頭(tou)粗(cu)桿(gan)半(ban)牙(ya)螺絲(si)(si)，其精度(du)等(deng)(deng)級(ji)(ji)為(wei)(wei)(wei)C級(ji)(ji)產品(pin)，可(ke)用(yong)GB5782來(lai)代(dai)替（GB5782為(wei)(wei)(wei)六(liu)(liu)(liu)角(jiao)頭(tou)粗(cu)桿(gan)半(ban)牙(ya)螺絲(si)(si)，其精度(du)等(deng)(deng)到級(ji)(ji)為(wei)(wei)(wei)A級(ji)(ji)和B級(ji)(ji)。）GB5781為(wei)(wei)(wei)六(liu)(liu)(liu)角(jiao)頭(tou)全(quan)牙(ya)螺絲(si)(si)，精度(du)等(deng)(deng)級(ji)(ji)為(wei)(wei)(wei)C 級(ji)(ji)產品(pin)。可(ke)用(yong)GB5783來(lai)代(dai)替（GB5783為(wei)(wei)(wei)六(liu)(liu)(liu)角(jiao)頭(tou)全(quan)牙(ya)螺絲(si)(si)，其精度(du)等(deng)(deng)級(ji)(ji)為(wei)(wei)(wei)A級(ji)(ji)和B 級(ji)(ji)）。GB5784為(wei)(wei)(wei)細桿(gan)半(ban)牙(ya)的六(liu)(liu)(liu)角(jiao)螺絲(si)(si)。

新標(biao)與(yu)老(lao)標(biao)的(de)(de)區(qu)別(bie)(bie)在(zai)于：M8、M10、M12、M14、M22系(xi)列的(de)(de)產品，在(zai)對邊(bian)(bian)(bian)寬(kuan)度(du)(du)上(shang)有(you)所區(qu)別(bie)(bie)。除M22系(xi)列的(de)(de)新產品外，新標(biao)產品M8、M10、M12、M14的(de)(de)頭部對邊(bian)(bian)(bian)比(bi)老(lao)標(biao)的(de)(de)對邊(bian)(bian)(bian)要小(xiao)1MM。分別(bie)(bie)為13、16、18、21MM ，而(er)M22系(xi)列的(de)(de)新產品，新標(biao)比(bi)老(lao)標(biao)的(de)(de)對邊(bian)(bian)(bian)反而(er)要大2MM，應特別(bie)(bie)注(zhu)意。對于頭部厚度(du)(du)，新標(biao)和老(lao)標(biao)之間略有(you)差(cha)別(bie)(bie)，在(zai)要求不是(shi)非常(chang)嚴格的(de)(de)情況(kuang)下可以(yi)通(tong)用(yong)。 新標(biao)與(yu)德(de)標(biao)的(de)(de)區(qu)別(bie)(bie)在(zai)于：M10、M12、M14、M22的(de)(de)產品規格，在(zai)對邊(bian)(bian)(bian)寬(kuan)度(du)(du)上(shang)有(you)所差(cha)別(bie)(bie)。M10、M12、M14的(de)(de)頭部對邊(bian)(bian)(bian)新標(biao)比(bi)德(de)標(biao)要小(xiao)1MM。而(er)M22的(de)(de)新產品的(de)(de)，其頭部對邊(bian)(bian)(bian)比(bi)德(de)標(biao)的(de)(de)對邊(bian)(bian)(bian)寬(kuan)度(du)(du)要大2MM ，其它的(de)(de)均可通(tong)用(yong)。

東莞螺(luo)絲廠對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)于(yu)六角螺(luo)帽(mao)，常用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)(de)標準有：GB52、GB6170、GB6172和(he)(he)DIN934，對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)于(yu)它們之間(jian)的(de)(de)(de)主要(yao)區別(bie)有：GB6170的(de)(de)(de)厚度(du)要(yao)比GB52、GB6172和(he)(he)DIN934來(lai)的(de)(de)(de)厚，俗(su)稱為厚螺(luo)帽(mao)。另外就是(shi)對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)上的(de)(de)(de)區別(bie)，M8的(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)帽(mao)系列中DIN934、GB6170、GB6172的(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)都是(shi)13MM比GB52的(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)14MM要(yao)小1MM，M10的(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)帽(mao)，DIN934與GB52的(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)為17MM，比GB6170和(he)(he)GB6172的(de)(de)(de)的(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)要(yao)大1MM，M12的(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)帽(mao)，DIN934、GB52的(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)為19MM比GB6170和(he)(he)GB6172的(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)18MM要(yao)大1MM。對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)于(yu)M14的(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)帽(mao)，DIN934、GB52的(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)為22MM比GB6170和(he)(he)GB6172的(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)21MM要(yao)大1MM。另外就是(shi)M22的(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)帽(mao)，DIN934、GB52的(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)為32MM，比GB6170、GB6172的(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)34MM要(yao)小2MM。（GB6170和(he)(he)GB6172除了(le)其(qi)厚度(du)不一(yi)樣外，對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)寬度(du)完全一(yi)樣）其(qi)余規格在不考(kao)慮厚度(du)的(de)(de)(de)情(qing)況下(xia)，可以通用(yong)(yong)。

螺(luo)絲(si)(si)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)規范在(zai)內六(liu)(liu)角(jiao)方面(mian)，國標(biao)(biao)中有(you)(you)兩個(ge)版本，一(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)為GB70—76，76年版本，一(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)為GB70—85，85年版本，東莞螺(luo)絲(si)(si)廠(chang)現執行DIN912的(de)(de)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)，所以(yi)在(zai)實際業務(wu)操作(zuo)中應注(zhu)意區(qu)別(bie)：其中GB70—85與DIN912完(wan)全重合，故對于(yu)使(shi)(shi)用新(xin)標(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)情況(kuang)，不(bu)存(cun)在(zai)著差別(bie)，主要(yao)(yao)是GB70—76與DIN912之(zhi)(zhi)間(jian)有(you)(you)所區(qu)別(bie)：M8系列(lie)的(de)(de)內六(liu)(liu)角(jiao)產品(pin)(pin)，GB70—76的(de)(de)圓(yuan)(yuan)頭(tou)(tou)徑(jing)為12.5MM,比(bi)DIN912的(de)(de)13.27MM要(yao)(yao)小一(yi)(yi)(yi)些(xie),M10系列(lie)的(de)(de)內六(liu)(liu)角(jiao)產品(pin)(pin),GB70—76的(de)(de)圓(yuan)(yuan)頭(tou)(tou)徑(jing)為15MM,比(bi)DIN912的(de)(de)16.27要(yao)(yao)小一(yi)(yi)(yi)些(xie),M12系列(lie)的(de)(de)內六(liu)(liu)角(jiao),GB70—76的(de)(de)圓(yuan)(yuan)頭(tou)(tou)徑(jing)為18MM,比(bi)DIN912的(de)(de)對邊(bian)18.27要(yao)(yao)小一(yi)(yi)(yi)些(xie),另像M16、M20系列(lie)的(de)(de)內六(liu)(liu)角(jiao)GB70—76的(de)(de)圓(yuan)(yuan)頭(tou)(tou)徑(jing)比(bi)DIN912的(de)(de)要(yao)(yao)小0.33MM，分別(bie)為24MM，30MM。DIN912的(de)(de)則分別(bie)為24.33MM和30.33MM。另外老標(biao)(biao)與德標(biao)(biao)內六(liu)(liu)角(jiao)之(zhi)(zhi)間(jian)的(de)(de)內對邊(bian)寬度由于(yu)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)不(bu)同(tong)而(er)不(bu)同(tong)，GB70—76的(de)(de)內對邊(bian)要(yao)(yao)小一(yi)(yi)(yi)些(xie)，在(zai)業務(wu)作(zuo)業中也(ye)應加以(yi)注(zhu)意。 另外，平時(shi)可(ke)能(neng)會用到的(de)(de)馬(ma)車螺(luo)絲(si)(si)也(ye)有(you)(you)一(yi)(yi)(yi)些(xie)區(qu)別(bie)，在(zai)此也(ye)作(zuo)一(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)說明，在(zai)國標(biao)(biao)中，有(you)(you)兩種(zhong)馬(ma)車螺(luo)絲(si)(si)的(de)(de)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)，即GB12（小半(ban)圓(yuan)(yuan)頭(tou)(tou)方頸(jing)螺(luo)絲(si)(si)）和GB14（大(da)半(ban)圓(yuan)(yuan)頭(tou)(tou)方頸(jing)螺(luo)絲(si)(si)），平時(shi)在(zai)市面(mian)上較常用的(de)(de)還有(you)(you)德標(biao)(biao)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)DIN603。東莞螺(luo)絲(si)(si)廠(chang)對這三(san)者加以(yi)區(qu)別(bie)：對于(yu)圓(yuan)(yuan)頭(tou)(tou)頸(jing)，在(zai)同(tong)一(yi)(yi)(yi)規格比(bi)較時(shi)是：GB12<GB14<DIN603< SPAN>。通常在(zai)馬(ma)車螺(luo)絲(si)(si)的(de)(de)使(shi)(shi)用時(shi)，往往要(yao)(yao)求頭(tou)(tou)頸(jing)大(da)而(er)厚，所以(yi)DIN603馬(ma)車螺(luo)絲(si)(si)的(de)(de)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)完(wan)全符合要(yao)(yao)求。
